BAS Introduction
The Bicycling Alliance for Sustainability(BAS) was established on December 22, 2022 by bicycle and component manufacturers such as Giant and Merida. They jointly work towards the net-zero carbon emission transformation of the bicycle industry and conduct seed personnel training, carbon inventory calculations,and carbon reduction efforts in processes and products as a bicycle alliance.

The goal of BAS is to lead the bicycle industry in becoming a green and sustainable sector, with a primary focus on reducing carbon emissions in the consumption and production of bicycles,while aiming to make bicycles truly green products.
